Hotel vicino a Compton Family Ice Arena - South Bend

“Property is in the midst of a large renovation. As a result, a little chaotic and dusty. However, with that said staff was super helpful and friendly. Nice location, reasonable and will be beautiful once rents are complete!”

“This place is great overall. Owners were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, private free parking it was an experience for the books. If we come back to south bend we will be trying to stay here again.”

“I was in this hotel for a business trip. They have a business center, free wifi, an in house restaurant, and fitness center. It is a good hotel for a business trip. Not near the city center. Walking distance fron Notre Dame University.”

“Staff was great. They are doing renovations. The room we had was across from the pool and the door had spacing around it that let in some of the dampness. The air hadn't been in when we got to the room so it exasperated the issue and had a bit of a smell. We were only there for one night before we were hitting the road again the next morning. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great”

“When I get there I’m told that my reservation doesn’t exist because when I booked with expedia the hotel I booked with (Microtel) was sold to a best western and the reservation got lost basically. The staff at the hotel was really helpful and kind. I’ll never use expedia again but that’s not the hotels fault. Also the customer support staff for expedia were literally the worst most USELESS people I have ever spoken to in my entire life. Just completely useless and unhelpful. We talked in circles...

“This is my second stay at Art and Lodging South Bend. It is five stars across the board. Conveniently located near downtown. Convenient to Mishawaka and the Lake Michigan beach resort towns. The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like.”
