“My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms. Also the signature that makes the double tree stand out if the amazing colors that we weren’t offer at registration, when I asked...

May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler ”
