“Restuarant and property are beautiful”

“I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. “The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas. “Breakfast was pay as go despite expedia saying it was included. Parking was a surprise fee, additional, and quite high. Staff at check in and check out were rude, "busy" despite no other guests being present, didn’t even offer token courtesies. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, pillowcases were scratchy and starchy feeling, lights were confusing or didn’t work.
