“Lovely place. Under construction, so parts were makeshift. But the rooms were newly renovated, clean, and comfortable.”

“Pros: walking distance to ND campus. Breakfast was fantastic; a lot of options and extremely friendly staff. The evening cocktail hour was a nice bonus! The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a nice look and feel. Parking is an additional charge but very close and easy to access. Cons: the room looked as if it hadn’t been dusted in weeks and the vents were dirty even though they were late checking us in due to housekeeping being backed up and our room was awaiting...

“I was in this hotel for a business trip. They have a business center, free wifi, an in house restaurant, and fitness center. It is a good hotel for a business trip. Not near the city center. Walking distance fron Notre Dame University.”

“There is a $100.00 deposit due at check in. There was a questionable stain on the chair in our room. The shower leaked and the room was very dim. The lobby and hallways were questionable with cracked tiles and dirty baseboards. The fish tank in the lobby looked very neglected. We did not look/use the pool or breakfast.”

“Ugh this was not a great place. No parking unless you do valet for $25 overnight. The lobby reeked of chlorine, and the pool was extremely small. The room was clean and functional. Good for business trips, not for family trips.”

“A/c did not work and unit was extremely loud. We had no bath towels in our room. The pullout couch was broken with a sticky note inside stating so and out sink in the wet bar area didn't work! Overall not a good experiences”

“The front desk staff tried to be helpful but this was the worse experience my family has ever encountered with all our years of travelling. My family and I arrived at the hotel at about 10:45-11:00PM on the night of 6/12 only to be told at the front desk that the hotel was sold out and our room had been given out and there was no room for us. It felt like a prank except it wasn't. We spent the night calling one hotel after another and nothing was available up to an hour travelling distance...

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but needed some repair work on the walls. The pool was closed and I didn’t go to the workout room. Breakfast looked fine but I didn’t eat there. Overall it was a good experience for me and I stayed on two separate occasions.”

“You get what you pay for here. Fine place to stay the night but downsides were zero hot water in the shower and the musky smell throughout the building.”

“Expedia reservation doesn't have any Value as I reserved 2 rooms 2 months ago and upon Check IN Hotel Front Desk denied to give us Rooms and expedia customer service was answered by AI and was impossible to get hold of customer service ... Terrible Experience never booking with expedia again”

“We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again.”
