Hotel vicino a Boehm Park - Mishawaka

“Pool was freezing cold, no coffee before 7:30 am and the tile in the room was filthy. Way too high priced for what you got.”

“Outdated bedroom and shower, so far the bed is clean and comfortable and bedroom has space. Carpet is old, TV is not smart and internet is horrible, connection is in and out. Side door is broken, key card is not working. During our stay the pool is messy”

“I called a month ahead to plan my trip. I was coming with a large uhaul and trailer and asked if there would be a space I could park and plug in. I was told over the phone absolutely there is a place to park and plug in. We arrive at 7 pm at night and the hotel is not at all what was explained over the phone. “The room was clean and staff was very friendly. They are going through a bit of construction/update but still manageable. Only thing it does not have an elevator. The hotel is two floors and you would need to carry your items up the stairs. We had a quick weekend trip so it was not a problem for us”

“Room was not as stated in photos. Furniture was dated. Couldn’t use the closet due to shelving not installed. Kitchen floor dirty, something smeared on bathroom door, room door only had a door handle with a lock and key, curtains was torn. We had just got off the road and couldn’t find any other rooms available at that time. No one was at the front desk after 10pm. My room was paid in full prior to checking in and the hotel charged me an additional housekeeping fee of 24.95 at check in....

“This is my second stay at Art and Lodging South Bend. It is five stars across the board. Conveniently located near downtown. Convenient to Mishawaka and the Lake Michigan beach resort towns. The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like.”
