Hotel a Putnam

“The hotel is obviously a low cost hotel, but it is in dire need of updating. Hallway carpets were pretty gross looking and the room didn’t even have a closet (it had a door for a closet, but only a pipe inside the door with nothing to hang clothes on). Lights would flicker and come on slowly when you’d turn the switch on. The AC worked but not very well. But it’s quiet and cheap, sufficed for a quick overnight stay for a wedding.”

“Great location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved playing in the indoor pool.”

“Easy and friendly check-in. I believe the owner was always available should he be needed. Had a 2 queen bed room. Quite spacious, good sized fridge and of course coffee maker, microwave etc. Nice Neutrogena soaps provided, and shower water pressure was very good! Everything was really clean...the floor however needed attention. Probably needing to change out mop water more frequently. It was not bad enough to bring up while we were there, but did mention it after. I have no doubt it's been...

“Property is kinda run down...seems like owners trying to improve. TV has very poor service...couldn't watch without continuous buffering. No ice machine. Beds were comfortable. Ppl beside us were fighting...could hear TV from neighbors on the other side as well”

“The staff had no clue where things were the breakfast was messy juice machine broken coffee machine also they had a pot of crappy coffee.there pool was down and that is why I chose this spot.was told it hasn't worked in years.managment were rude.i never used this site to travel and I'm not very happy at all with my very expensive trip.the hotel was old and rundown the outside wasn't kept up the TV had 26 channels and half were blurry.i would like to know why you have this place as an option it...

“Lovely rooms and decor. Very thoughfu touches, including water in the rooms and snacks. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety. The host was so accomodating. ”

“The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic.”

“Bed was too small smaller then frame has a 100 dollar deposit that they don’t mention when booked front staff was unhelpful barley has put let’s. Vending machine drinks were HOT.”

“This place is nothing like the pictures, barley put together. Mold everywhere. And walls and floors are covered in stains. The pool you can’t even use it’s disgusting and filled with garbage and surrounded by nasty bed mattresses. The online perspective is nothing like in person.”

“Don't miss this lodge hidden in the green hillside near Sturbridge. Nice quiet location, and a neat 2nd storey veranda in Bldg 2 one can access from the upper lot to slow and and chill out. Very reasonable, and fairly priced Thank you.”

“The room was clean and in good repair. The staff was helpful. They received flowers and placed them in the room before our arrival. We didn’t use the pool or fitness center but they looked immaculate. Some of the slots looked pretty dated, but the rest were current and the table games were good looking and busy. Close to Roger Williams Park Zoo for a great day out.”
