“We have stayed here many times and liked it. However this time they put us on the 17th floor when the 18th floor was under complete renovation (ripping up floors etc). I am talking jack hammers right above our heads to the point that I could not even make a phone call in my room let alone a nap!! When I complained we got moved to a suite on the 14th floor and free lunch. BUT I don't have any idea why they would put anyone on the 17th floor under jackhammers!”

“Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space....
