“Alex greeted us at reception he was extremely polite, helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and surpassed our expectations. Location was superb to M4. Food in hotel was good and the seating area was cosy.(we weren’t aware that their parking was £3 per night however this didn’t detract us from our stay) Absolutely stay here again. “We received a warm and friendly greeting upon our arrival, and were given a full run down of our room and the amenities. The honestly bar is a great idea and although we didn’t use it, it was good to know it was there. Breakfast was perfect, lovey, high quality produce all served by friendly staff. City centre was a 10-15 minute stroll and easily accessible. A lovely stay would definitely return. ”
