“Great staff service from the front desk, to the restautant, housekeepingand the security guard. Everyone's kind and welcoming, always greeting you when they see you walking around the place. The property is right by the water, which offers a great view of the nearby islands. There was a storm when I was there and it rained a lot, there were some areas that had some water leaks due to the rain, nut the staff was proactive in moving guests that may have been affected by it. I would stay here...

“Customer service of every employee was amazing. They were very courteous, quick to assist and friendly. Food from the Baya Hotel Restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed every entree we ordered. One things is that the room had some issues such as some of the walls had cracks, sliding doors on the balcony and bathroom wouldn’t lock properly. Some of the furniture were outdated, they had alot of scratches and wear and tear. We got the Panorama room and the view was priceless.”

“Wonderful staff! The transport coming in and out of the island was excellent and everything is in order. The island itself is beautiful, accommodation is excellent and the staff are all courteous. Our kids love Evan , very nice and gentle with them. We will definitely comeback with our friends and families.

Our entire stay was amazing! The place truly feels like paradise, and the service was beyond perfect — honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The food was incredibly delicious, and the room was spotless.

“We found paradise here. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Place was exceptionally clean and the views are picturesque. I could have just sat out at the balcony overlooking the bay for days. At night it has a Lake Cuomo feel. Very serene, just like the name says. Serenity”

“It’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far.”

La mia camera era al piano terra fronte piscina, purtroppo odorava di muffa, cosiglierei di lasciarla aperta e fare un trattamento antimuffa delle porte e bagno (non c'erano evidenti...
