Hotel a Cascate del Niagara - Western New York

“The cleanliness is excellent, as the breakfast. Very poor the sofa beds, uncomfortable when used as beds. We tried two of them in two different rooms to find out that was not a problem of a single sofa bed, but the result of a poor choice: all the rooms had the same uncomfortable sofa beds. Very good check in by Angelo. The position is very good, near the Maid of the Mist and the American Falls”

“The overall experience, excellent location to the airport, lovely room, the Staff were very accommodating. The only drawback was the breakfast was very bland, same old, same old. ”

“Molto pulito, camera spaziosa, due letti queen molto comodi. Possibilità di parcheggio che abbiamo sfruttato (a pagamento) molto utile. Possibilità di colazione che non abbiamo sfruttato perchè l'albergo è situato a pochi passi da tante caffetterie e locali. posizione molto comoda per vedere le cascate del Niagara. Struttura consigliata.”

“Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. ”

“Vicino alle cascate, personale molto gentile, al chech in ci hanno regalato biscotti acqua e anche il parcheggio per l auto. Camenra pullita e silenziosa vista fiume. Consigliatissimo!!!”

“In my opinion, only the breakfast needs improvement. For the rest I would say that our family room was very spacious and clean. For the location I would say excellent, facing the Niagara River, you can reach the Falls by car in 10 minutes.”
