“The staff is consistent and considerate, We dont speak spanish but we always work it out, Maintenence does a great job pools and landscaping are beautifully cared for. front desk staff and kichen and servers, always have a smile and kindness. I was here in February and came back to Kaana surf for a week, because they do an amazing job!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with expedia getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. Very close to the various amusement parks. Overall very pleased and would recommend”
