“The staff were very friendly and helpful.. i had forgotten to add on my kids (to much in a hurry) and when i rang to let them know they upgraded my room so the kids werent sleeping on a sofa bed.. and when my son lost the key they were very understanding.. the spa is always a win win with my family..”

“I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest. Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken...
