A aliar a tudo isso, é merecido o destaque ao profissionalismo e simpatia das funcionárias. O pequeno almoço é muitíssimo generoso, à base de saborosos produtos locais. ”

“Fantastic hotel, but the air conditioning had limited control, meaning we had to go to reception at 3am to get it switched back on as the room was very hot.
Restaurant is superb quality, not cheap but worth treating yourself, the tiramasu is an experience. ”

“Ficamos três dias e ocorreu tudo bem e tranquilo, o hotel é grande, espaçoso e está muito bem localizado dentro das muralhas de Almeida, com fácil acesso e muitas vagas para estacionar o veículo em frente ao hotel.
A vista também valoriza o local.
O melhor mesmo é o atendimento do Luís que nos recepcionou com total atenção, cuidado e gentileza.
A limpeza e o cheiro perfumado por todo hotel é bem agradável.

“We had a wonderful two nights at this peaceful oasis. The silo rooms are charming, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views. Joao, the host, was accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. The food was great, really good breakfast, and a nice selection of snacks and wines on the lovely terrace. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway!”

O cuidado e pormenores da decoração… O pequeno almoço ótimo, a disponibilidade dos funcionários irrepreensível, é para voltar… Adoramos, foi em aniversário de casamento, e foi perfeito! ”

“El alojamiento ha estado guay, el balneario también muy bien, las habitaciones bastante poco insonorizadas… Es verdad que son camas gigantes y es super tranquilo pero como alguien ronque al lado… horrible… No había albornoces cuando fuimos, que es algo raro puesto que teníamos reserva, deberían haber previsto algo así pero bueno, no pasa nada porque nos dieron facilidades. Bastante bien la verdad. ”

Ok for us. We were able to park motorbike around the side of the hotel and it felt safe. We walked into town and found a nice friendly restaurant with lovely local food, excellent value. It was a served breakfast, simple but very nice, in particular wonderful warm bread.”

Nobody answered the locked door when we arrived (6pm) so we rang and rang the bell. We finally went around to the side and found an open door. We went in and found the reception desk and were joined a few minutes later by the owner ... who had just stepped out for a moment I guess. He didnt speak english so we settled on French and got the paper...

"Ho prenotato 2 camere per 4 notti per conto di un'azienda: il responsabile e un dipendente. Il dipendente è arrivato prima ed ha chiesto la stanza ma gli è stato negato l'accesso con la pretesa del pagamento anticipato. Ha fatto presente che avrebbe pagato il responsabile al suo arrivo, un paio d'ore dopo, come da prenotazione inviata un mese prima. nulla, addirittura è stato invitato ad aspettare al di fuori della struttura. Ovviamente sconsiglio a chiunque questo hotel per il trattamento ricevuto. Una figuraccia mai vista... non vale una stella!"
