“The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs to address the following: The shower isn’t safe . There are no grab bars. The tv doesn’t work because it takes forever to “load” when you hit guide. Soooo slow! Needed another garbage can in the bathroom. No bag to stash our dirty clothes. No mouthwash. Very dark hallways that are hard to walk in. Lighting in the room was insufficient. The bread choices in the restaurant were boring and we had to ask for salt and pepper 2 times. Our omelette...

“At first I got a room with smoking smell even after overnight and was not happy about it. The front desk changed my room and the new room was good. It had a refridgerator and microwave in room, and also provided tooth brush, a small breakfast area, which are great considering the price. The bus 54 station is nearby and subway station is walkable, so it oa relatively convenient transit to downtown.”

“Everything was fine until a pipe burst in our bathroom flooding the entire suite . Ruining some of our personal belongings . We were then moved at 2am to a much smaller room with just 2 beds for the 4 of us for the remainder of the night . ”
