After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

“We had to move rooms twice. First room, we checked in, went to dinner and came back to everything in our room damp. The papers we needed for an appt., the bed linens, the sofa. The floor was wet. They had no more queen rooms available, so we moved to a queen with a couch. When we returned from the drs appointment on Thursday, the moved us to a queen room. The bathrooms are very small, NOT wheelchair friendly at all. Disappointed for the amount of money I had to pay. Would not stay here again”

“While the staff were nice and the location was convenient, the motel has a serious cleanliness problem. Beds seemed slept in. The bathroom was moldy. When we asked housekeeping to change the sheets on the bed that was dirty (and never cleaned before our arrival), we found what seemed to be a crime scene.
