“Wonderful hotel in a great location. It was awesome to be able to walk to the Menil Collection. One of our favorite areas of Houston. The only thing that was odd, and a safety hazard was the shower. No door or curtain allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. We had to put towels down all over the floor.”

“I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!”

“The place was clean and modern and the breakfast was very good. However, they run the place really cheaply so I would not go back. They only clean the rooms every other day but give you towels for 1 day. The room had no conditioner and the body lotion didn’t work. There was no bar soap. They use the cheapest, thinnest toilet paper I’ve encountered in a hotel. They give you 1 coffee capsule for your stay, no matter how many nights. And they charge $20 per day for parking.”

“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. “The room was cleanish. The tub had a permanent liner sticking on w some debris under the edges. Bad caulking job on tub and elsewhere . 2-3 fully cracked tiles in bathroom. In a not real nice part of town but they have a gate and security. No breakfast. The pool was closed. I reserved 2 queens, I arrived and they did not have 2queens available. The staff was helpful and nice. I believe some ppl have been going there for years and it is cost effective short term housing. I would stay...

“While the staff were nice and the location was convenient, the motel has a serious cleanliness problem. Beds seemed slept in. The bathroom was moldy. When we asked housekeeping to change the sheets on the bed that was dirty (and never cleaned before our arrival), we found what seemed to be a crime scene. Someone had absolutely bleed to death and the hotel literally just put sheets on top of it and called it good enough. The mattress protector that was covered in a greasy blood didn't appear to...
