It is a decent place but could improve on cleanliness (carpeted floor is below acceptable, especially if you have a dust allergy - I suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner as a starting step). “The check in was an unpleasant start to the stay. It took us an hour to get our garage key (wrong code provided), get into the room and then park the car in the stacker. This included two trips to the car to unload our luggage and several calls to the staff for help. The staff member was so patient. Unfortunately the phone connection (Telstra) kept dropping out in the garage and later in the apartment. “Good value for money, modern decor and simple layout with being a top tier location. You might find something in your room that might not be working properly like a heater in my case which isn’t a big deal when you’re getting probably the best bang for buck in the area. When I presented the heater issue the staff were fast, friendly and helpful with a replacement heater. For the price the room was excellent. Highly recommended”
