“I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and unfortunately, my experience was not good. The room felt old and outdated, and there was no ceiling fan or proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to use.
Housekeeping was also disappointing—they only made the bed and didn’t clean or touch anything else in the room. Basic cleaning standards were not met.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It did not meet expectations in terms of comfort or cleanliness.”

“I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I arrived exhausted after a long trip and politely asked if there was any chance of an early check-in. Instead of helping, the receptionist leaned in and quietly suggested that I give her some money “on the side” to make it happen. I was shocked and uncomfortable, so I refused.
