“Our family of 4 stayed over the Easter holiday and had a big corner room with beautiful views. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flat, even though there were three per person. The room was very clean. Breakfast was not the best as items were out of stock and we were told at 8:45 that they just didn’t have refills, such as milk and cut fruit. ”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces.
The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs.
Overall a terrible hotel.
The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding.
Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Hilton should do better, this was a terrible stay . First room window unit AC was very loud fan squealing l. Second room the window AC barely worked and was also very noisy. The breakfast area floor was sticky and the food items were stale. I will never stay at a Spark Hotel again. ”
