“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces.
The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs.
Overall a terrible hotel.
The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding.
Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“The staff were super nice and helpful, but my key cards kept malfunctioning, and i made sure to keep them from my wallet and phone…plus the breakfast options were meager but a cost effective place to stay!”

“I wish there could be something lower than 1 star. The worst experience in any hotel i have ever experienced in life from day 1.
1) I was given a receipt without any total of my amount and the agent boly told me I could do the math and figure out my total. Rained insults on me and told me I was the one having a problem because I asked him if the system had a problem. He told me their Hotel was full and nobody has ever asked for a total on their receipt. I had to manually calculate and write the...
