The “hotel” first contacted me via WhatsApp without my permission or notice that I would be contacted that way. “Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. ”

“The room was adequate and as advertised. There is a large Sainsbury’s across the street making it simple to get groceries at a reasonable price. There are also two bus stops that can take you into downtown nearby. As for amenities, I didn’t have access to most of them because they are in the other building and my key fob didn’t work there. Other than the day I checked in, I was completely unable to contact the management team which caused several issues. ”

“We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. “A lovely and safe property, exactly as described. It was comfortable and well presented. It was extremely clean and nicely situated and the hosts were lovely and very responsive. I'd highly recommend this property and it's high quality provision and location as great value for money. ”
