“What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. “The front desk staff member was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. One side of the bed was firm, however the other side was extremely soft and uncomfortable.”

“Ottimo hotel sopra un pub. Stanza e bagno nuovi e curati nell'arredo. Buona pulizia degli ambienti e buona colazione. Unica pecca non ci è stata rifatta la stanza. Il personale si è limitato solo rimpinguare capsule del caffè e biscotti, ma non sono stati rifatti i letti, pulito il bagno né cambiati gli asciugamani. Ci siamo fermati due notti e non è stato un grande disagio. Solo per questo non assegno il massimo alla pulizia. Il ristorante è buono e adeguato nel prezzo”

“The hotel is fine, it struck me as a kind of an upmarket Premier Inn. Location is good although the Marina restaurants tend to the the Nandos/Pizza Hut/Zizzi end of the market, if you want anything nicer you will need to go into Brighton. The breakfast was expensive for what you got quality wise. It was OK for a night's stay.”

“Small (single) room but cozy and clean. It also offers every kind of amenities: from coffee machine, to kettle, to iron to bathrobe and slippers. The position is perfect: not far from the beach and easy to reach with the bus from the station. ”

“Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. “Staff were very helpful and courteous. Carpets and curtains were dated and worn but the friendliness and helpfulness of staff was good. The hotel provided clean sheets and towels and information about local entertainment and shops. Parking was an extra cost of £9.50 for 24 hours which was good for Brighton. Would need more information about how to use shower and TV. Great location for the beach, pier and entertainment. Good value overall. ”
