“Very poor condition of the room the hot tub and pool were cold the floor had a sink hole in it by the air conditioner in room on 3rd floor electrical problems the lights went off and on all different times had to unplug lamps and tv before sleeping while watching the tv it would shut off and come back on randomly. Had plenty of soap and wash cloths and towels very disappointed in quality of this place for the price to stay there for 1 night.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff very nice. Our room had some noticable road noise being very close to the highway. Room was not checked daily to empty the garbage or bring clean towels. I suppose you need to request these basic services daily. “I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave and got a refrigerator that was lukewarm and no microwave. When i asked the desk, they said there are no microwaves in the Hampton side - I told him i had a confirmation that said refrigerator and microwave and he said it was the tiny microwave in the lobby. The pool was murky and dirty despite being full of chlorine. My deadbolt didn't work and I didn't feel like bothering them again. Parking valet was great! We left after only one night. ”
