“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“While the room floor and bathroom counter were clean and reeked of bleach upon entering, the positive reviews unfortunately stop there.
I don't need a lot of frills but this experience was lacking many essentials (some listed as amenities on their site were missing). If you are on a business trip like we were I don't recommend this spot.
-Not a safe neighborhood. Aside from smashed window cars in the parking lot, our Doordash order for amenities the motel lacked was stolen within five...

“The rooms were terrible. Curtians and blankets had cigarette burns. Asked for Non-smoking, got a smokers room. Neighborhood is not safe. We walked away from the reservation. You know its bad when the hotel clerk is behind thick glass for protection.”

“It’s obvious that this used to be a really sketchy motel in a not so great area, and since it’s under new management I don’t really want to complain too much. Cuz you can tell they’re trying. It’s in a gated area and there’s a lot of strict rules for people waking up to get a room - that’s fine and good.
The main issue is that the place is just old. And the walls are paper thin. And you get what you pay for; I needed a cheap room so it worked out ok, but lower your expectations - it’s not quite...

“The employees were very friendly and the lobby was homey. Breakfast was well put together and enjoyable. The room was comfortable and very clean. This property is close to a lot of different stores that you were able to walk to. Very peaceful and accommodating. ”
