“Upon my arrival I checked in as normal. The reception gave me my room key arriving to my room. I opened the door and someone was already staying in the room that I was checked into. I went back downstairs, spoke with the attendant at the desk and told him someone was already in that room. He apologize gave me another room upon arriving that room the room smell of mildew and water damage went back downstairs got another room when I finally got checked into the last room I pulled the sheets back...

“I have stayed here before and it was great and I decided to stay here again.
Your pool was almost set at hyperthermal temperatures. I know that you are able to regulate that temperature of the water. People were trying to use it and there were children!
