“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces.
The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs.
Overall a terrible hotel.
The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding.
Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Right as you walked in the room it smelled of wet dog. The tub was durty we had no hand soap or wash cloths. The next day the had some kind of party right next to us load at 9 o'clock we ask for a new room . They had no problem giving us one and that was vary nice of them.”

“Everything was great. The only thing wrong was that we learned there was no parking on site until AFTER we booked the room. Too late to change then. Valet parking added another $40.00 per day to our stay. I feel the charge should have been mentioned before booking (during advertising) or be added to the nightly fee just as part of the nightly fee without saying it's for parking. The hotel should be honest about the fee upfront. I understand street parking was free from 6pm to 9am, but that was...

“My family and I were in Maine for a long weekend. We have stayed here before and had good luck. Our room and bathroom were clean and the water was hot for showers. The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. The second thing that we didn’t like is that there was a concert going on and the concert goers were parking in the hotel lot. Once we got back from dinner and the beach there was no parking...

“Unexpectedly had to pay a $100 "deposit" supposedly just a "hold" not a "charge" not something I had planned for. Checking in about midnight after a delayed flight - quite a rude awakening. Reservation clerk was not friendly or personable - more like a cop! Room including bathroom was vey clean (small). I thought my reservation was for 2 queen beds - we got 2 double beds. Hallway carpet looks like it has seen better days. We did not use pool. ”
