“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces.
The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs.
Overall a terrible hotel.
The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding.
Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“C’était très bien pour deux nuits. Le déjeuner inclus est également très bien. Ce n’est pas le grand luxe, mais c’est tout à fait satisfaisant. Les lits étaient confortables et l’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien.
Points négatifs : on entend absolument tout: les gens dans le couloir, le bruit à l’extérieur des fenêtres ainsi que les bruits provenant des autres chambres. De plus, l’odeur de produits de nettoyage était très forte à notre arrivée. Enfin, le plancher n’était pas très propre.

“We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival. The hard floors (without carpet) were extremely sticky, making the room feel dirty from the moment we checked in.
We stayed for two nights, but our room was never serviced, even though the hotel advertises daily housekeeping. Our towels were not replaced either.
The most shocking and unacceptable issue was finding a used syringe under the bedside table. This is a serious safety hazard,...
