“Upon entry, I had to kick needles out of the way before my 4 year old picked them up. There were blood soaked rags laying about, cans of pop and random debris. There was a woman who pulled up in a taxi and was drunk and spitting as she was exiting. The place felt dark and didn’t feel inviting. The staff member at the front was not at all enthusiastic. We went to bed at 8pm and by 9pm a group was situated next door and they were loud and drinking until 2:45am. I called down to the desk to ask if...

“When I arrived the lobby is noticably dirty. The place smells and there were trash bags in the hallway. I noticed dry yellow stains and hair on the toilet along with a dry chunk of a brown substance on the toilet. The second room was not better. The Manager seemed more insulted than concerned and refused to refund my money when I refused to acept the room. He also refused to put me in contact with his supervisor and refused to provide me with any cooperation to escalate my request for a refund. ”

“Breakfast stone cold. Tv so dark hard to see
Channel changer broken restaurant not open at night. No supper available. Carb keys needed recoding to get in room bathroom sink tap almost to stiff to operate. Bathtub bottom was in such bad shape wouldn’t use
Coffee machine needed to be plugged in physically to start. Under a table ”
