“We stayed here late at night while passing through and booked 3 rooms for our group. All we needed was a decent place to sleep before continuing our drive in the morning, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. As soon as we opened the room door, we noticed the suite door did not close properly. There were visible gaps around the door and the deadbolt would not latch securely. The room also had a smoky, musty smell upon entering, although it appeared clean at first...

“Nights Inn was a great place to stay, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The parking was good and the area didn’t seem too bad. Our room was clean and cozy, and all of the amenities were great except for the shower which switched between boiling and ice cold so taking a shower was a game of timing.”

“The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience”

“The breakfast menu was fresh. We found the room extremely small for the price we paid. The heater in the room was very loud making it difficult to sleep. The staff were very friendly.”

“The bed was comfortable. The property and our room specifically needs updating, repairs and maintenance. Best part was that the hotel was very close to Hoito, the Finnish pancake place inside the Goods&Co market, which is the nicest part of downtown Thunder Bay.”

“Room a bit smelly! Had to sleep with the window opened. Breakfast is quite controlled. Front desk will issue a voucher early in the morning and there 1-2 guys custodian who enters the room. No eggs, but everything else was there. Good oatmeal!”
