“A very interesting historical building and it’s pretty cool that It’s still operating as a hotel. I was very comfortable in my room. The staff was friendly. I had noisy neighbours downstairs, but that’s no fault of the establishment. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Thunder Bay. ”

“I will always recommend a hotel based on how accommodating they were to me I needed an early check in and they accommodated my situation I will say I would have paid extra just to have the ability to have an early check in My room was clean the pillows are perfect bed was comfy and I just love that they provide shampoo conditioner and body wash The pool did look dirty to me like the walls of the pool and the soaker pool was not working and they removed that bench in the front.
