“Check in took a very long time with only one person in front of us. Very confusing information about where you can and can’t park. Most of the parking for the hotel is 3 blocks away which was not convenient at all. ”

“Everything is new and modern and so beautiful. The washer and dryer in our suite was so appreciated. The only downturn at all was the booming music that started at 3 or 4 AM in the room beside us, and that wasn’t the fault of the hotel or owners, but of really inconsiderate guests - who were evicted the next day! I appreciate the apology from the hotel and the way they dealt with the problem. I highly recommend the Lux Hotel & Suites. I’ll definitely stay again!”

“The only thing positive about our stay was the lobby and the new white towels and bedding. The rooms were dirty, shabby and worn out .. curtains, carpet, furniture you name it! Door locks didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work, TV remote didn’t work, bathroom fan didn’t work, Breakfast was disappointing. Certainly not as advertised. The property was covered with cigarette butts and huge pot holes. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. I am surprised that Expedia even promotes a...
