“I booked an economy twin room at the Alpaca Manor for a corporate stay. Manor is a short driving distance from important amenities including the Albany bus stop and the Albany Westfield Mall. The room I stayed in had wonderful amenities, including air conditioning/heating (such a treat in the colder weather) and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The room was very spacious, with plenty of beds, wardrobe space, and ample room to move around. The bed was comfortable and warm. Also..WIFI...

“We found upwards of 5 cockroaches in our room. The kettle would boil but not switch off, the cooktop did not work, there was no plug for the kitchen sink for dishes and we requested a portacot which came with no lining or base so could not be used for our baby. ”

“部屋はもちろん、リビングトイレなどの共有スペースの掃除をしてくれない、バスタオルやキッチンタオルの洗濯もしてくれないなど不衛生でストレスフルでした。あきらめて自分で洗った方がましと洗い、指示された場所に干したらバスタオルが戻ってこなかったり、服はスプリンクラーでびしょ濡れにされありなど本当に困りました。驚き嘆く私達に「自動のスプリンクラーなのよ」と笑って言われたことに、本当に腹が立ちました。
エアコンもないため、窓を空けて出かけてましたが、夕方帰ると、カビ臭い匂いがしてきました。気分が悪くなり、他のホテルに移りたいと申し出ても、「移るのはどうぞ、返金はしません」という対応で、本当にストレスフルでした。
