“The hotel, room itself and area were all great. Loved the pillows and the mountain view. However, there are a large list of cons. The toilet was difficult to flush fully and would run constantly or intermittently which was annoying. We slept with the bathroom door closed and that helped a bit. We went downstairs to fill a plastic bag with ice from their ice machine and when it melted the next morning there were small floating black chunks of something. Super gross! “The room and hotel are basic and are a good economical choice for Banff. In room ameneties include coffee, fridge, shampoo, and body wash. The mattress is older, but other than that, the room was comfortable. It said parking was included, but there was no parking available when we arrived. We were told to park in a public parkade. However, you need to move your vehicle every nine hours. The location is the best!”

“Can't beat the location. Clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are small without closets but if you can get past this the location is worth the tight rooms.
