“WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it. The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me.”

“Loved the rooms. Bright, airy, clean, well equipped and spacious. Could do with a few more USB points. The area is lovely and has plenty of parking. Unfortunately the ongoing building site (hospital) is a bit unsightly. Not the properties fault. Staff are fantastic, helpful, empathetic and go the extra mile. Massive thumbs up for staff. We only had breakfast on this occasion. Only negative to breakfast is that it is not made clear that if you can’t find something, you need only ask staff and...

“Checkin was smooth and the hotel was nice and clean although it was dated. There was no elevator in the hotel! Guests have to carry their own luggage up and down the stairs. Or you can take what you need to your room and leave your luggage at the front desk to be stored. ”

“La caratteristica dell’hotel è di avere le camere dedicate a personaggi dello spettacolo. Si trova in ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalle spiagge e dalle vie con ristoranti e negozi. Anche il Pier è a pochi minuti. Le camere sono un po’ datate ma comode e pulite. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Un altro vantaggio è il parcheggio in loco”
