“The hotel location is quite close to West Lake (Xihu), near hotel quite a lot of local restaurant, the hotel is quite close to xinhua book store, from Hangzhou East Station quite close with taxi. The hotel staffs are nice but they only speaks mandarin.”

“We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be in Shanghai. The map showed it to be in a nice location. Only when we were on our way from the airport we found out it was in Hangzhou. So we were stuck in a taxi in Shanghai at 00:30 am with two sleeping children and nowhere to go. So far, expedia has offered us NO compensation of any kind.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. But you need to know this isn’t a big hotel. It’s like a house been broken up into little rooms with ensuites. Room are small but did the trick. Breakfast is made for you once you come down. So it’s nice and fresh. Only down size is the rooms have thin walls. So once breakfast starts 7.30am we will be woken up. Which wasn’t a problem but just letting people know. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. Location was amazing.”

“The place I'm staying is really cozy, and the small yard looks nice. They even have a super cute dog. The hotel's surrounded by tea fields - the scenery is breathtaking and it's so tranquil. Had a great trip and hope to come back sometime.”
