Ville a Hangzhou

“The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all.”

“I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“I just liked everything about this hotel, from the location to services, food and staff.”

“Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!”

“Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee.”

“Noce staff, good breakfast!”
