“I really like the pool and is on the beach. Parking is not included, the tiny little shampoo and conditioner are a one time only no matter how many days are you staying. The carpet on hallway was wet for the days we rented and was not cleaned up. The reception counter was not professional in anyway. They treated me like they were doing me a favor. The pool bar never had a bartender when we used the pool. For food you need to go to the Embassy hotel next door. The hotel need an upgrade, the...

“This is my second time booking with Expedia. My first experience was horrible. The hotel was not what Expedia was saying I was a little scared to book again but when I got to Puerto Rico, this hotel was amazing exactly like the picture. The place was clean the staff very friendly and it was exactly like it’s saying on the pictures. I would definitely book again here. You are so close to the beach. There’s a lot of place you could choose from to eat and it’s a safe environment.”
