“L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. “Appena arrivato mi sono arrabbiato non poco in quanto pur essendi in 3 persone la stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo divano. Difronte alle mie rimostranze mi hanno concesso una seconda stanza. La responsabilitá del disservizio la attribuisco a voi piuttosto che al hotel e comunque non potete vendere un servizio per 3 persone quando poi ce ne stanno 2”

“Camere molto grandi e pulite. Cucina accessoriata. Belle le camere con vista sul canale. Bella piscina. Colazione un po’ carda rispetto al livello dell’hotel. Prezzo nella media.”

“La struttura è composta da piccoli cottages di diversi colori con al centro un Tiki Bar. La stanza è molto grande ed è circondata dal giardino; il parcheggio è comodo e gratutito. Il check-in è automatico, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni via mail e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della reception. La posizione è strategica per visitare le Keys: tutte le isole sono al massimo a un'ora di auto di distanza. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!”

“I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. This is expected in this structure of home. Construction- the nearby construction noise was there but never bothered us and...

“The houseboat was super cute!! Two bedrooms, (small areas of course, but the full size beds were comfortable!), plus a loft area with a twin mattress. Fridge, range and microwave... we didn't use the oven but it was nice to have available. Pool area was clean, with a saltwater pool. Laundry area if you need it. Boat rentals available. We rented a pontoon boat for a day. Overall it was an amazing stay for our family!”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”
