“L’appartamento era molto spazioso, forse perché era accessibile a persone con disabilità. La zona cucina è completa di qualsiasi cosa necessaria per cucinare, il patio aveva il ventilatore con il cordino rotto e quindi non si poteva spegnere..abbiamo dovuto staccare la presa di corrente. Le sedie avevano i cuscini molto sporchi, andrebbero lavati ogni tanto..il bagno è molto spazioso, il lavandino molto piccolo in proporzione. Letto non molto comodo per i miei gusti. “Camere molto grandi e pulite. Cucina accessoriata. Belle le camere con vista sul canale. Bella piscina. Colazione un po’ carda rispetto al livello dell’hotel. Prezzo nella media.”

“Appena arrivato mi sono arrabbiato non poco in quanto pur essendi in 3 persone la stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo divano. Difronte alle mie rimostranze mi hanno concesso una seconda stanza. La responsabilitá del disservizio la attribuisco a voi piuttosto che al hotel e comunque non potete vendere un servizio per 3 persone quando poi ce ne stanno 2”

“La struttura è composta da piccoli cottages di diversi colori con al centro un Tiki Bar. La stanza è molto grande ed è circondata dal giardino; il parcheggio è comodo e gratutito. Il check-in è automatico, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni via mail e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della reception. La posizione è strategica per visitare le Keys: tutte le isole sono al massimo a un'ora di auto di distanza. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!”

“The cabin was unique and perfect for someone who isn't planning to spend a long time inside on a vacation to the Keys. We traveled with a 5 year old and a 2 year old and they were able to sleep comfortably in the bunk beds. They LOVED seeing Blaze the local dog every day. They couldn't wait to see him and pet him when they woke up each day. We were able to use the kayaks to explore the bay and even saw two eagle rays feeding in the currrent. WARNING: if you are planning to kayak, be careful...

“I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. “The house was really clean and confortable, outweigh by far my expectations. ”

“What a fabulous and unique experience. The little house boat was spacious for our family, clean, and had a great view out the patio. Had plenty of amenities like coffee, cups, plates utensils, beach towels, etc. There is a nice pool, free kayaks to paddle the mangroves and darling beach to watch the sunsets. (The beach isnt for swimming, but has lovely chairs and trees to enjoy the ocean views or even fish off the rocks). We cannot wait to come again!! ”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was...

“Communication with 3rd party management company was very frustrating. Through text messaging they continually stated our issues were resolved and they were not. Beds very uncomfortable and when we asked to lower temperature they refused and advised it was locked. It was very uncomfortable at night and we got little sleep. Bath tub leaked both times we used it even after someone was sent to fix. We ended up having to leave early. This was our first bad experience and we would not recommend this...
