“Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed ”

“The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!”

“Excelente hotel. Muito confortável. Café da manhã excelente, com disponibilidade de alteração de horários (parabéns por essa atitude). Quartos limpos diariamente. Excelente localização. Agradeço o carinho e respeito das recepcionistas de manhã/tarde (Ignácia e outra que esqueci o nome) + Fernando (noite). Como sugestão, um frigobar seria interessante nos quartos. Mas o hotel é muito bom.”

“Excellent property for before and after TDP hike. Very cozy, nice and clean. Even though there js no reception, the communication via WhatsApp is excellent, fast and expedient. It is in Spanish though, so get your translator handy. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. All the kitchen utensils are available for cooking and the major supermarket is 5 walking minutes away. Property manager allowed me to store my bad there while I was on a hike to TDP. Highly recommend the place and would stay...

“Dalle foto le stanze sembravano molto più belle, in realtà la standard è molto piccola e priva di vista dato che dietro avevamo una collinetta d'erba. Inoltre le camere sono in edifici separati dalla reception e con la pioggia e il freddo questo era abbastanza scomodo. Niente wifi in camera. Per il resto la zona reception è carina e il ristorante ha una bella vista e non è eccessivamente caro. Anche nella zona comune però il wifi funziona male.
