“Great location and well kept hotel. We stayed in a medium sea view room and had a great stay. The customer service was also very good. The only thing I would skip next time is the breakfast as it wasn’t to our liking. Will happily stay again. Parking is limited and very tight!”

“Standard room = way below basic Room was terrible, like stepping back iinto 1980. Bed gave us sore back, room was boiling hot but they did provide a fan which helped blow the warm air around the room.
Shower cubicle tiny and did not have a shelf to hold my toiletries .
Without a doubt this is the worst room I have ever stayed in and will not return.”

“Just back from a three night stay in this lovely hotel.
We chose Palm Court because of its location and its residents car park, this is a covered car park a just round the corner from the main entrance.
Check in was quick and simple.
Our room (No 31) was very nice, it was on the corner of the building with windows overlooking the front of the hotel and the multi story car park to the side. We had a very comfortable king size bed and the room was spotlessly clean. There was a hospitality tray...

“The hotel is well situated and offers a convenient base for the local area. I would also like to commend the night staff, who were exceptionally professional, understanding, and accommodating throughout our stay.
However, our experience in Room 11 was deeply unsettling. During the night, my partner was abruptly woken and believed she had been physically touched, which caused her considerable distress. When we raised this with staff, we were informed that similar reports had been made...
