“Room had duct tape on the floor holding the carpet down, bathroom door had holes in it where hooks use to be, room was damp and musty, chair was in disrepair, call from front desk at 11pm stating smoking was occuring in the room (malfunctioning fire protection equipment), outlets intermittently worked.”

“Lovely resort although the pool is closed until October. Beautiful, peaceful property. 300+ rooms! Music on patio with s’mores was fun. Karen was very nice and helpful. Only negative it is 15 miles from town and not a lot to do!”

“What a wonderful Vermont experience! The staff was so warm and welcoming, the property is gorgeous, the bed comfortable and the buttermilk pancake breakfast was outstanding. I'd go back there in a minute!”

“Beautiful renovated mansion on the outskirts of town. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Only complaint is our room, #10, was above the mechanical system which shook the room and rattled the lamp on the nightstand next to the bed.”
