“It was 106° when we arrived in St. George. Our room air conditioner was not running when we arrived in our room. It had to be 90° in our room. It took over 3 hours for it to cool down to a comfortable temperature. We’ve never arrived to a hotel room without the AC running to cool down the room. We were very disappointed about that. Also, the hallways were 81° according to the thermostats - that’s rather warm. The body wash container in our bathroom was empty. Also very disappointing.”

“There is NO AIR CONDITIONING!! I was shocked that a hilton product didn’t have air. It was so hot in the room. I had a service tech come and turn off the pilot lights on the fireplace and we opened all the windows through the night, but then had to sleep with the curtains open to cycle the air. Woke up with the birds. Also, the shower products in the bathroom were empty and the shower itself was very hard to operate and very outdated. Not an enjoyable stay at all. Im sure it’s great in...
