“Room and hotel very clean (as always!), breakfast was also great as usual. Only issue was the very loud fan that ran in our bathroom that we couldn’t shut off, made it rather cold in there too. But we shut the door and all was fine in the noise department. Thanks for another great stay!”

“Shower leaked badly onto bathroom floor even though shower curtain was inside the tub resulted in flooding. Noted that there was a poor attempt at a recaulk of the tub area, signs of water damage on wall and bottom of door, indicating the leak was preexisting. Staff commented that since we booked through Expedia there was little they could do.
Manager, however, decided to pay for our cab ride to airport as a customer satisfaction offer.”

“Hot tub was broken for whole stay :(
Kids enjoyed the pool.
Breakfast was great!
Some areas of the room needed a bit more cleaning (several stains on the couch, stain on headboard at mattress level due to spill, a few cobwebs). The rest of the room was cleaned well.
Staff was wonderful!
