“The staff was extremely helpful when told we needed a ground floor room for easy access. The room was clean and well supplied with blankets and pillows. Good air con, the kitchen was supplied for cooking if so chosen, very good guest information to select eating places - Sal’s New York pizza was very good. Excellent shower. Superb value.”

“We got in to Whangarei late, and after a little bit of a challenge trying to find the entrance, we found the front desk. From there our experience was great. The staff were welcoming, talked to us about the parking, and chatted to us about where to find some great restaurants (within easy walking distance).
The room was to the normal standard you would expect at Quest, but the biggest standout was the bed! It was massive, and so comfortable. The room was quiet, and able to be kept at a great...

“It a very comfortable motel, you have what you need in a structure that is not new or fancy, but good enough to welcome you well.
We spent three night here, and we are satisfied.
The staff is super welcomed and very gentle and you can ask what you need if you don't find it.
Very clean.
I think we can come back again in future.

“The rooms were spotlessly, clean, reception was very welcoming, there was everything in the room that you needed, the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely, the queen size bed was extremely comfortable,
Also a great location to restaurants down at the basin.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again and definitely recommend it”
