“Room is very clean. Luke handled our check in for our late arrival and greeted us as we were arriving. Helped us with getting our key from lock box and with a great parking spot! And a bottle of wine awaiting for us in our room, too!
How kind and thoughtful! Also Luke had met our request for extra pillows, and left a trolly in our room so we could get all our luggage etc from our car to our room!”

“We got in to Whangarei late, and after a little bit of a challenge trying to find the entrance, we found the front desk. From there our experience was great. The staff were welcoming, talked to us about the parking, and chatted to us about where to find some great restaurants (within easy walking distance).

“Had a choice to stay here while visiting Whangarei. The room was tidy, and the bed was super comfy. As a solo traveller, I found the location very handy and felt totally safe. “The staff was nice and tried hard to please. But the motel property and it's location though were not ideal.
The room we had was very dated, the carpet needs a good clean or wash, the toilet has a layer of light brown on the bottom, the noises from the road outside kept us awake late night and early in the morning.
We were rather disappointed. ”
