“We got in to Whangarei late, and after a little bit of a challenge trying to find the entrance, we found the front desk. From there our experience was great. The staff were welcoming, talked to us about the parking, and chatted to us about where to find some great restaurants (within easy walking distance). “The lady of the property took time to ring and advise me of the spa not working properly, as it wasn’t working when we stayed a couple days before hand. she wanted to know how we felt about still booking before she took the payment out 😊 that was top notch 👌 not only that, she also went and warmed the room up for us as we were arriving 5 minutes before the last check in time at 7pm, so it was nice n cosy when we got in.
