“一度泊まってみたかった横浜の老舗ホテルです。建物、特に本館の重厚さは筆舌に尽くしがたしです。もはや歴史的建造物感さえ漂います。自分の泊まった部屋はタワー館の9階でしたが、ここから見えるオシャンビューは最上級ですね。目の前の山下公園、氷川丸からのベイブリッジ、左手にみなとみらい、もはや完璧です。スタッフの方のさりげない心遣い（エレベータへの誘導、チェックイン／アウトのスムーズさ、レストラン（本館和食）の丁寧な接客。 かなり大満足の一泊2日でした。泊まるホテルというよりも、滞在するホテルという感じですね。 今度はもっとゆっくり滞在したいと思いました。”
