“The location of this hotel is easy to access by walk from the cable car station and also ship tour. The checkout time is a bit too early at 10a.m. The view (lakeside room and restaurant) are marvelous. Service of Staff at restaurant are efficient! “We chose this place for it's convenient location from Gora station. I think we booked the condo side of the building instead of the hotel side, cause there appeared to mainly be families while we were there. Lots of facilities and amenities catered to children and families. We were lucky our room was on the same floor as the private bath, which we were able to utilize. Overall we enjoyed the experience, but it's better suited for families rather than a couple on their honeymoon.”

“Staying here was such an enjoyable, relaxing, and special experience. The breakfast and dinner kaiseki were delicious and allowed us to try a variety of Japanese dishes. It's a lot of food so come to each meal hungry. All the staff we interacted with were kind and very helpful. “We had an excellent relaxing visit in Hakone at the Prince Hotel. The Japanese bath is exceptionally beautiful, has an outdoor tub from which the sunrise over the mountains can be seen.
