Questo secondo me...

“Beware! The property charged us an enormous additional fee when we arrived - calling them “resort fees” that were not included in the Expedia booking. Expedia’s website said total with taxes and fees and did not mention the additional egregious resort fees levied by the property. Condo was fine but the staff were all rude, which was standard throughout Orlando.”

“The house is located in a nice, secluded neighborhood, the kitchen, dining area, & living room are all pleasant and nicely decorated. The check-in process was easy. I appreciated having plenty of parking space. Unfortunately, the house was not fully prepared to accommodate guests. The upstairs bathroom door does not close properly, at all & some of the furniture in the master bedroom was not properly assembled and felt unsafe. We were also disappointed that the children's beds did not have...

“Beautiful home, but major maintenance and management issues The house itself is beautiful, but our stay was overshadowed by several unresolved maintenance problems and poor management response. 1. Non‑functional dryer The dryer did not work from the moment we arrived, and the knob was missing. Despite reporting it immediately, management repeatedly promised it would be fixed “the next day,” yet it was never repaired during our entire stay. 2. Paid for an in‑house gas grill that doesn’t...

“The unit was very roomy and clean. It was easy to find and we greatly enjoyed the clubhouse access that came with our rental. There is washer/dryer upstairs which was very nice. What would have taken our review from “good” to “great would be: -better communication from the hosts prior to our stay. We sent several messages with a question and never heard back. -better provisions in the unit. When we stay somewhere it’s nice to have at the bare minimum enough toilet paper and paper towels to last...

“The place was very clean and the accommodations were nice. My issue is about how rude the staff were when replying to my complaints. The GPS address was not the address on the building and upon arriving, realized it was because the unit was on the interior which meant a cumbersome walk with luggage. The photos were misleading because it looked as though the unit was on the outside, meaning I would have a couple of feet walk to the entrance. When I complained, I was met with lack of empathy,...
