One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”

“Arrivo alla reception alle 22:00 con moglie e figli dopo svariate ore di viaggio… subito problemi per la carta di credito.. Arrivare all’edificio assegnato è stato difficile.. nessuna indicazione ricevuta.. abbiamo camminato un po’ a caso senza vedere una mezza indicazione.. Arrivo in camera: c’era un solo letto (noi eravamo in 4)… Visto che era già tardi nessuno poteva preparare il secondo letto (ricavato da un divano).. Col divano letto aperto è quasi impossibile entrare in camera dalla porta...

The breakfast was good too, with some changes to protein that was served everyday when we were there. I liked that we didn’t have to pay for parking either. All in all we will stay here again when we come back to Florida. ”

“We did not like the fact that jacks restaurant was not opened for dinner. After a long day of shopping, we we're very tired and really could have used a nice quiet dinner in the hotel but instead we had to fight the traffic and go out. The hotel itself was very clean and very accommodating.”

“Overall pleased with the resort! Maintenance on the exterior needs to be addressed but since Hilton just bought them out, I would imagine it will be. We asked for an updated condo and they obliged. We were happy to not be in the units by the large pool, that pool is party central! The indoor/outdoor pool was more our vibe. The restaurant in the clubhouse was wonderful. The pizza was amazing! The resort is centrally located near shopping, parks and restaurants. ”

“The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. ”

“They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal”
