“Clean rooms, good staff, and parking”

3) procedure di check out e pagamento poco trasparenti”

“I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. The staff is mot friendly nor are they helpful. It is like they’re robbing you blind between the $50 valet charge per night and the $47 resort fee daily. They don’t have any affordable accommodations for parking. The amenities were not useful. The pool isn’t even heated and the lazy river wasn’t working for a period of time. We were extremely disappointed and will make sure we let our friends and family know to never stay at this hotel.”

“Purtroppo struttura un po’ vecchia ”

“One reservation was missing. 5 rooms rather than 6. One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”
