“The property was nice. The kitchen was updated and kids bedrooms were nice. My disappointment was the couch and master bedroom comforter. The couch was covered with a pad or tarp which made me cringe. The master bedroom comforter was either old or on the cheaper side. A nice down comforter or something of better quality would be ideal for the master bedroom. Otherwise the place was nice. If those two things changed, we would stay there again. ”

“Great property but I was on crutches with a broken leg, was on the 4th floor with a broken elevator. They weren’t willing to accommodate me with a 1st floor room or refund me my money so I could go to another hotel. No consideration for a guest suffering due to their elevator being down.”

“Great stay. Location was good for the Orange County Convention Center, short drive. Easy check in even with a late night check in as flights were delayed. Room was a shown, clean, and spacious with 3 bedrooms. ”

“The location was lovely and away from all the noise. I didn't go to the pool, but I really wanted to! It looked gorgeous. Unfortunately the sheets and pillows had a ton of stains, and the pillows looked almost moldy under the pillowcases. I got a great deal, so I can't be too upset, but if I had paid the typical price, I would have been really aggravated. Something to keep in mind! Otherwise, it was great.”
